Refund Policy

Please order carefully. Check your orders on receipt and note the following:

As our products are customised according to their specifications , a refund may not be possible.

If you ordered the wrong product and need an exchange please contact us as soon as possible via email. If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to recall it. You will need to receive the delivery then return to us in it’s original packaging at your cost. Only postage charges will apply for replacement of the product of similar value.

In the event that an exchange s requested, claims made after the 10 day period from the date of despatch will not be accepted.

If we supplied you with the wrong product, please notify us via email so a replacement can be sent immediately upon the incorrect product(s) being returned to us intact. We will require the original item to be sent back to us at our cost. Once we’ve received the parcel, the correct product will be posted out at no extra postage charge.

If your order is incomplete, please contact us via email immediately. We will investigate this and if this is the case, we will complete the order but not issue a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, nothing we ship is already damaged – the decision to replace a product that has apparently been damaged due to rough mail handling will be at our sole discretion – the customer may have to take up the issue with their local relevant postal body.
